The alert is triggered when an application domain fails to unload because of some error. The Windows Application log may contain an information about the original error code and other diagnostic details.
Check the Windows application log for event ID 6219. This message may contain an information about the original error code. Try to restart the application. If the error persists or if you cannot restart the application, contact the vendor of the CLR application.
