MSSQL 2016: データベースを排他的にロックできませんでした

Microsoft.SQLServer.2016.Could_not_obtain_exclusive_lock_on_database_5_Rule (Rule)

CREATE DATABASE ステートメントを発行したときに model データベースが使用中だった場合、model データベースのロックを取得できなかったことを示すこのエラーが表示されることがあります。新しいデータベースは model データベースからコピーされるため、model データベースはまったく使用されない状態になっている必要があります。

CREATE DATABASE ステートメントを発行したときに model データベースが使用中だった場合、model データベースのロックを取得できなかったことを示すこのエラーが表示されることがあります。新しいデータベースは model データベースからコピーされるため、model データベースはまったく使用されない状態になっている必要があります。

解決方法

エラーに示されているデータベースのすべてのトランザクションをコミットまたはロールバックし、そのデータベースを使用しているすべての接続を切断します。
