无法重新启动配置为使用检查点和始终使用检查点文件的包。

原因

无法加载检查点文件，因为找不到该文件或指定的文件不是预期格式。

解决方法

检查点文件必须本地可用。找到检查点文件并将其移到预期位置。

如果检查点文件不可用，请使用“设置”选项运行包以替代 CheckpointUsage 属性的配置值，以使用值 IfExists 或 Never。
