This monitor checks the availability of the Distribution database from the Distributor.
The distribution database is not available.
The Distribution database may be offline or in the process of recovering.
Verify if the Distribution database is online by connecting the master database on the SQL Server instance and querying the state column from the sys.databases system view, or by looking at its status in SQL Server Management Studio. If it is not online, look for additional information on its status in the error log of the SQL Server instance.
