A package failed during execution.
Failure may have occurred for a variety of reasons.
Investigate the logs that were generated by the execution instance of the package. If the package was not configured to implement logging, it is recommended that you add logging.
For more information, see the Docs Online topics: "Integration Services Log Providers" and "Implementing Logging in Packages".
