如果你在未安装早期版本的 MSDE 的计算机上安装 MSDE SP3a，则可能没有安装 Msxml2.dll 文件。如果你安装了其他版本的 SQL Server，则可能使因为程序卸载删除了该文件，或者手动删除或注销了该文件。

解决方法

在 SQL Server 计算机上搜索 Msxml2.dll。如果该文件存在，请验证是否已正确注册了该文件。
