This monitor checks the status of the SQL Database XTP configuration.
This monitor checks the XTP configuration setting for this database. Since this monitor is a part of an overall standards requirement, an alert would be generated if the setting does not meet the specified standard. Note that this monitor works only if Containers in MEMORY_OPTIMIZED_DATA Filegroup are not empty.
The monitor verifies next the best practices:
Database with memory-optimized tables should be bound to a dedicated resource pool.
In addition, the dedicated pool should have both max_memory and min_memory configured. Therefore, if values min_memory_percent and max_memory_percent have default values, the monitor raises alert.
Only one database should be bound to a single dedicated pool (i.e., you should not bind multiple DBs to a pool).
