Word Automation Services Could Not Find Needed Language Pack

Microsoft.SharePoint.2016.SPServiceInstance.WordSvc.WacWordIntlLoadFailure (UnitMonitor)

A warning state of this Monitor indicates that the Word Automation Service requires a language pack that is not currently installed. An admin needs to install the correct language pack.
