Microsoft.SharePoint.Server.2010.SPServiceInstance.Excel.ECSNotRunningLocally (UnitMonitor)

A warning state of this Monitor indicates that the Excel Services Application load-balancing scheme is configured in Central Administration as local, but Excel Calculation Services is not running on the front-end Web server.
