Summary

Latest analysis data has not been sent to the Management Server. When analysis data is not sent to the Management Server, no new alerts will be received.

Causes

CAB upload failed from Agent to Management Server.

Resolutions

Grant the action account System.PriviledgedMonitoringAccount full permissions to the Outbox folder (by default under <Ops manager installation path>\<component>Health Service State\Advisor\AdvisorMonitorV2\Mailbox\Outbox) and the Sending folder (by default under the Outbox folder)
