Summary

The management server has not acknowledged that Advisor alerts have been received due to an error with service communication. When alerts have not been acknowledged the Advisor portal may not reflect updates made to alerts from the Operations Manager console.

Causes

Alert Sync Service Error (55034), Alert Sync Connectivity Error (55043)

Resolutions

Refer to the Operations Manager event log on the management server for more information.
