Summary

Connection to one or more Advisor Service endpoints has failed. The management server may not be connected to the internet, the proxy server (if configured) is not available or the Advisor Service is temporarily unavailable.

Causes

Alert Import Connectivity Error (55042), Alert Sync Connectivity Error (55043), MP Update Connectivity Error (55044), Cab Upload Connectivity Error (55045)

Resolutions

Ensure the management server is correctly configured to connect to the internet. If proxy server is required, specify the proxy in Administration->Advisor->Advisor Connection->Configure Proxy Server. Check the Advisor Maintenance Schedule for service availability.
