This rule detects failures to generate alerts due to bad parameters in the alert settings of a rule or monitor, which prevent the rule or monitor from running.

Causes

A parameter for a rule or monitor is incorrect or missing.

Resolutions

In the details for the alert, identify the rule or monitor that has the bad parameter. If the rule or monitor is in an unsealed management pack, change the implementation of the rule or monitor to resolve the parameter problem. If the rule or monitor is in a sealed management pack, use overrides to modify or disable the rule or monitor.
