Summary

Replacing value defined for suppression in alert configuration failed and as a result, suppression of active alert cannot be achieved as expected.

Causes

Resolutions

The description of the Alert contains information on the problem encountered. Please check the associated event details to diagnose the problem.

First, to troubleshoot this issue, please locate workflow ID inside of event description.

Then look for this identifier in management packs downloaded to agent experiencing such problem.

In the case this comes from sealed management pack, disable this workflow and notify management pack provider/developer.

In the case this comes from unsealed management pack, update tag with correct XPath.
