解决方法

如果仍想要 System Center 监视此应用程序，则必须对相同计算机上运行的所有应用程序禁用本地集合监视。

禁用本地集合监视：

打开 Windows PowerShell。
对本地集合监视的每个应用程序都运行 Stop-WebApplicationMonitoring 命令。
要获取当前监视的应用程序的列表，你可以从 Windows PowerShell 中运行 Get-WebApplicationMonitoringStatus 命令。
