Microsoft.SystemCenter.Apm.WebApplicationInstance.LocalCollectionEnabledMonitor (UnitMonitor)

This monitor verifies that an APM Web application has no conflicts between System Center and Local Collection monitoring.

Summary

The instance state becomes unhealthy when the APM Web application is being monitored by both System Center and Local Collection monitoring.

Causes

An APM Web application was enabled for Local Collection monitoring.

Resolutions

If you still would like this application to be monitored by System Center you must disable Local Collection monitoring for all applications running on the same computer.

To disable local collection monitoring:

Open Windows PowerShell.
Run the Stop-WebApplicationMonitoring command for every application that is being monitored by Local Collection.
To get the list of currently monitored applications you can run the Get-WebApplicationMonitoringStatus command from Windows PowerShell.
