This rule generates alerts when one or more of the Agentless Exception Monitoring (AEM) modules encounters an error while interacting with the file share from this management server.
AEM is not able to access the file share that has been configured for collecting error reports from various clients.
File share is not reachable from this Management Server by AEM. This may happen due to several reasons. It can happen if the file share is not online any more or there are ACL issues. Information about the failure is available in the associated Event and Alerts.
The description of the Alert contains information on the problem encountered. Please check the associated event details and any other events that happened around the time of this failure to diagnose the problem. To fix access issues, Client Monitoring Action Account's run as account needs to be added to AEMAgent group. Execute 'AEM: Fix Permissions' task associated with Crash Listener entity on this Management Server. Once this issue is fixed, either restart the System Center Management Health Service or re-enable Client Monitoring for this Management Server.
