Summary

This monitor indicates that one or more protection agents are unable to communicate with the DPM Server. The alert is consolidated and generated for the DPM server to which the protected server belongs.

Causes

To identify the alerts affecting the health of this protected server, select the protected server, and then click View Alerts.

Resolutions

1. Select the protected server, and click View Alerts.

2. In the View Alerts window, click the alert to view the alert details, including the description and causes for the alert.

3. Follow the steps outlined in the Resolution Steps or Recommended Action section of the alert detail if available.
