Tamanho de arquivo grande demais para ser transferido

Microsoft.SystemCenter.FileUpload.FilesizeTooLarge (Rule)

Essa regra coleta todas as transferências de arquivo rejeitadas porque o arquivo excedeu o limite de tamanho e não pôde ser processado pelo módulo de carregamento de arquivos.
