This rule raises an alert when unable to resolve Secure Reference override.

Summary

This alert indicates that the secure reference override was not resolved in requested context. Workflows are not loaded until this problem is fixed.

Causes

Secure reference override was requesting to use of credentials which are not delivered to System Center Management Health Service yet and are not present in secure storage DB.

Resolutions

Credentials need to be approved for delivery manually. This approval causes override resolution to succeed and all workflows using modules running as override profile to load and execute.
