Summary

The local Management Configuration Service has failed to connect to the local Data Access Service in an acceptable amount of time.

Configuration

Green State: The local Management Configuration Servicehas verified it can connect to the local Data Access Service. It determined this by detecting Event ID 29194 in the Operations Manager event log.

Yellow State: The local Management Configuration Servicefailed to connect to the local Data Access Service. It determined this by detecting Event ID 29195 in the Operations Manager event log.

Causes

This can happen when:

The System Center Data Access Service is not running on the local Management Server.
