当 System Center 管理运行状况服务未能将其公钥发布到管理组以接收安全消息，或接收到了使用错误公钥进行加密的安全消息时，此监视器将更改状态。

以下是此监视器的默认配置摘要：

警告状态：如果 System Center 管理运行状况服务在 6 小时内收到至少 10 次表示错误密钥的事件 (7004)、未能发布密钥 (7005) 或公钥到期 (7013)，则切换为警告状态
正常状态：每 6 小时自动切换为正常状态。

原因

警告状态可能表示在代理上发生了以下状况：

System Center 管理运行状况服务从使用错误公钥进行加密的管理组收到了安全消息。
System Center 管理运行状况服务无法将其公钥发布到管理组，在此公钥发布之前将不能接收安全消息。
System Center 管理运行状况服务用于从管理组接收安全消息的密钥对即将到期。

解决方法

无需任何操作 – System Center 管理运行状况服务将通过执行以下操作之一来自动修复此问题：

System Center 管理运行状况服务将放弃安全消息并重新发布公钥。
System Center 管理运行状况服务将尝试再次发布密钥。
将回收 System Center 管理运行状况服务并重新生成密钥。
