Causes

The warning state can indicate the following may be happening on the agent:

The System Center Management Health Service has downloaded new configuration for a management group, and that configuration has specified a new action account, but the account is not of type 'Action Account' or 'Windows Credential'. The new action account has been ignored by the System Center Management Health Service as it would significantly impact monitoring.

Resolutions

Fix the Action Account Run As profile by associating only accounts of type Action Account or Windows Credential.
