Causes

The linking framework connector experienced an error with the synchronization.Various causes are possible, the exact cause depends on the source.

Resolutions

Using the Service Manager console, ensure that the connector is enabled.
Check the configurations of the connector, server availability, permissions, schedule, etc. Please check the event log for more detailed information or guidance.
Restart the Health Service on the management server which is supposed to run the workflows and check the Operations Manager Event log for errors with the Lfx Service.
