Cette situation peut se produire si le composant ne répond pas. Aucune pulsation n’a été reçue de la part du composant gestionnaire de contrôle du point de gestion Configuration Manager dans l’intervalle attendu. Cette erreur peut être due à des charges de traitement élevées sur le système et Configuration Manager, à une attente longue lors d’une requête ou à un blocage affectant une ressource partagée.
Examinez le fichier Mpcontrol.log dans le dossier [dossier d’installation de Configuration Manager]\Logs.
Déterminez si les ressources du serveur sont suffisantes, par exemple le processeur, la mémoire ou l’espace disque.
Déterminez si aucun composant associé n’a été arrêté ou désinstallé.
