Cluster Network communication failure.
The cluster node was unable to connect to another cluster node over the network
This can happen if the following conditions are true:
The Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) is enabled on the cluster-based server computer.
The Cluster Server check box in the Select the server roles that the selected server performs list is not selected in the Security Configuration Wizard.
To resolve this behavior, follow these steps:
Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Security Configuration Wizard.
After you create, edit or apply a security policy and reach the Role-Based Service Configuration page, click Next.
In the Select Server Roles page, click All roles in the View list.
Under Select the server roles that the selected server performs, click to select the Cluster server check box, and then click Next.
In the Select Client Features page, select the client features that you want the selected server to perform, and then click Next.
In the Select Administration and Other Options page, click to select the Join a cluster check box, and then click Next. Note If the Join a cluster option is not available, click All options in the View list.
Complete the Security Configuration Wizard.
