A failover relationship can be seen as a partnership link between two servers.
When the server detects that lost communication with its partner server for a failover relationship.
This situation will change the state of the monitor to error.
Check if partner server is running or if communication with local server is possible.
Check if you can communicate with Failover Partner Server using a Ping command.
