Summary

A failover relationship can be seen as a partnership link between two servers.

When the server detects that it is out of time synchronization with partner server for a failover relationship by any given time expressed in minutes.

This situation will change the state of the monitor to error.

Causes

Check if partner server is running or if communication with local server is possible.

Resolutions

Check if you can communicate with Failover Partner Server using a Ping command.
