This discovery rule triggers the initial discovery of an Exchange 2003 server. Disabling this rule will disabled all local discovery of an Exchange 2003 Server

Summary

This discovery rule performs the initial check for an Exchange 2003 server installation. This discovery is a prerequisite for further local Exchange 2003 Server role discovery. Exchange Topology discovery is not affected by this discovery rule.

Configuration

There is no configuration required. To disable local Exchange 2003 Server role discovery disable (override) this rule.
