Nedenler

FileServerVssAgent, istemci tarafında VSS 60 saniye Dondurma/Çözme penceresi başarısızlığını engellemek için işlemi 60 saniye içinde bitirmeli. 60 saniyeyi geçerse, FileServerVssAgent bu hatayı olay günlüğüne kaydeder ve istemciye zaman aşımı hatası döndürür. İstemci bu hatayı aldıktan sonra gölge kopya oluşturmayı bırakır.

Çözümler

VSS'yi ve 3. taraf donanım sağlayıcısı olay günlüğünü denetleyin. Yeniden deneyin ve işlemenin 60 saniye içinde tamamlanmasını sağlayın.
