概要

FileServerVssAgent が、シャドウ コピーのコミットを 60 秒で完了できません。

原因

FileServerVssAgent は、クライアント上の VSS 60 秒の凍結/解凍ウィンドウに対する失敗を回避するために、コミットを 60 秒以内に完了する必要があります。60 秒を超えると、FileServerVssAgent はこのエラーをイベント ログに記録し、タイムアウト エラーをクライアントに返します。クライアントはこのエラーを受け取ると、シャドウ コピーの作成を中止します。

解決方法

VSS およびそのサード パーティ ハードウェア プロバイダーのイベント ログを確認します。再試行して、60 秒以内にコミットが完了することを確認します。
