Причины

Возможно, не работает служба IIS либо имеется ошибка в конфигурации. Используйте командлет Get-HgsClientConfiguration в Guarded Fabric, а также Get-HgsServer, чтобы проверить совпадение URL-адресов.

Решения

Проблема устраняется автоматически после того, как Guarded Fabric выполняет запрос на полную аттестацию.
