Internet Information Services (IIS) World Wide Web 发布服务 (W3SVC) 需要同时运行 Windows Process Activation Service (WAS) 和 HTTP 服务，才能正常运行。如果 HTTP 服务不可用，W3SVC 将无法处理 HTTP 请求。

解决方法

还原绕过遍历检查权限

如果以下条件为真，World Wide Web 发布服务 (W3SVC) 可能无法配置 HTTP.SYS 控制通道属性：

要解决此问题，请按照 A 和 B 部分中的步骤操作。

还原绕过遍历检查权限

注意:如果你收到消息提示无法找到名为“用户”的对象，请单击“对象类型”，单击以选中“组”复选框，然后单击“确定”两次。

注意:如果你不希望授予“每个人”组和“用户”组“绕过遍历检查”用户权限，则可通过授予 IIS_IUSRS 组“绕过遍历检查”用户权限解决此问题。为此，请将上面的 "Everyone;Users" 替换为 "IIS_IUSRS"。

重新启动 W3SVC 和 HTTP 服务
