This rule collects baseline performance data for the ASP.NET\Request Wait Time performance counter. This information is collected and is exposed one or more Views and/or Reports.

The ASP.NET\Request Wait Time performance counter exposes the number of milliseconds the most recent request was waiting in the queue.
