Summary

The IIS 7 modules are not installed on the agent. This will prevent the IIS 7 management pack from discovering or monitoring IIS 7 components.

Causes

The QFE described in KB957123 was not applied to this agent.

Resolutions

Apply the QFE described in KB957123.
