このルールは、論理プロセッサの Processor\% Interrupt Time パフォーマンス カウンターのパフォーマンス データを収集します。

Processor Information\% Interrupt Time パフォーマンス カウンターは、サンプリング時間のうち、論理プロセッサがハードウェアの割り込みの受信と処理にどの程度時間を費やしたかを示します。この値は、システム クロック、マウス、ディスク ドライバー、データ通信回線、ネットワーク インターフェイス カードや周辺機器など、割り込みを発生させるデバイスの動作状況を間接的に示します。これらデバイスによるプロセッサへの割り込みは、通常タスクが完了したときまたは注意を必要とするときに発生します。標準スレッドの実行は、割り込みの間は中断します。システム クロックの多くは、10 ミリ秒ごとにプロセッサに割り込んで、割り込み動作のバックグラウンドを形成します。割り込み中は通常のスレッドの実行が中断されます。このカウンターは、平均ビジー時間をサンプリング時間の割合として表示します。
