Cette règle collecte les données de performances du compteur de performances Mémoire\Octets dédiés.

Octets dédiés est la quantité de mémoire virtuelle dédiée en octets. La mémoire validée et la mémoire physique qui a de l'espace réservé dans les fichiers de pagination du disque.
