此規則會收集 Memory\Pages Output/sec 效能計數器的效能資料。

Pages Output/sec 是為了釋放實體記憶體空間而將分頁寫入磁碟的速率。分頁只有在實體記憶體中有變更時才會被寫回磁碟，所以分頁可以儲存資料，而不能儲存程式碼。
