このルールは、TCPv6\Connection Failures パフォーマンス カウンターを収集します。TCPv6\Connection Failures パフォーマンス カウンターは、失敗した TCPv6 接続数の割合を示します。

原因

通常、失敗は、プロセス内のどこかでデータの損失が発生していることを示します。データの損失が多数の場所で発生することもあります。これは、別のデバイスがダウンしていることや、ソフトウェアのクライアント側の構成に問題が起きていることを示している可能性があります。
