Memory Page Writes per Second Windows Server 2012

Microsoft.Windows.Server.6.2.OperatingSystem.MemoryPageWritesPerSec.Collection (Rule)

Collects the performance counter Memory\Page Writes/Sec.

Knowledge Base article:

Summary

This rule collects performance data for the Memory\Page Writes/sec performance counter.

The Physical Disk\Pages Writes/sec performance counter exposes the rate at which pages are written to disk to free up space in physical memory. Pages are written to disk only if they are changed while in physical memory, so they are likely to hold data, not code. This counter shows write operations, without regard to the number of pages written in each operation. This counter displays the difference between the values observed in the last two samples, divided by the duration of the sample interval.
