Resumen

NTFS ha notificado que el volumen compartido de clúster está dañado o totalmente no disponible. Algunos datos almacenados en el volumen pueden quedar inaccesibles.

Configuración

Son varias las razones por las que un disco lógico puede dañarse o no puede obtenerse acceso a él:

Un disco físico relacionado con el volumen compartido de clúster ha sido eliminado o ha fallado
Un disco físico relacionado con el volumen compartido de clúster está dañado (por ejemplo, sector defectuoso) o no funciona

Soluciones

Compruebe el estado del hardware para ver si presenta errores (por ejemplo, un error de disco, controlador o cableado). En la mayoría de los casos, el registro del sistema contiene otros eventos procedentes de los controladores de almacenamiento de nivel inferior que indican la causa del error.

Una vez aislado y solucionado el problema de hardware:

Abra el complemento Administración de discos.
Vuelva a examinar los discos y, a continuación, reactive los discos con errores.
Ejecute chkdsk en los volúmenes reactivados.
