Summary

The Cluster Shared Volume is not available and can no longer be monitored.

Causes

The Cluster Shared Volume may have been taken offline or removed from the Cluster.

Resolutions

Verify that the Cluster Shared Volume is available and Online in the Failover Cluster Manager.
