DNS 伺服器組態由設定組成，這些設定決定 DNS 伺服器如何在網路上運作，以及如何在需要時儲存與擷取它們。

原因

DNS 伺服器無法從登錄資料建立區域。

解決方式

修正區域資料

含有區域資訊的登錄值已經損毀或不正確，必須予以修正。您可以使用 [伺服器管理員] 刪除區域後再加以重新建立。

若要執行此程序，您必須有 Administrators 的成員資格，或者必須已被委派適當的權限。

若要使用 [伺服器管理員] 重新建立區域：

1. 在 DNS 伺服器上啟動 [伺服器管理員]。若要啟動 [伺服器管理員]，請依序按一下 [開始] 和 [系統管理工具]，然後按一下 [伺服器管理員]。

2.在主控台樹狀目錄中依序展開 [角色]、[DNS 伺服器] 和 [DNS]。

3.展開該 DNS 伺服器，然後展開含有該區域的資料夾。

4.以滑鼠右鍵按一下該區域，然後按一下 [刪除]。

備註：如果無法使用此方法刪除該區域，就必須使用 [登錄編輯程式] 刪除該區域的登錄機碼。

5.以滑鼠右鍵按一下該資料夾，然後按一下 [新增區域]。

6.依照精靈的指示重新建立區域。

若要刪除登錄中的區域機碼：

注意： 不正確地編輯登錄可能會對系統造成嚴重損害。在變更登錄前，您應先備份所有重要的資料。

1.在 DNS 伺服器上按一下 [開始]。

2.在 [開始搜尋] 中輸入 regedit，然後按 ENTER。

3.在主控台樹狀目錄中展開下列機碼：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\DNS Server\Zones

4.以滑鼠右鍵按一下該區域的機碼，然後按一下 [刪除]。
