概要

DNS サーバーの構成は、ネットワーク上での DNS サーバーの機能を指定した設定と、それらの設定を格納し、必要なときに取得する方法で構成されます。

原因

制限付きインターフェイスの DNS サーバーの一覧には、サーバー コンピューターで使用するように構成されていない IP アドレスが含まれています。

解決方法

ネットワーク インターフェイスの問題を修正する

コンピューターに複数のネットワーク インターフェイスがある場合、1 つ以上のインターフェイスで DNS (ドメイン ネーム システム) 要求に応答するように DNS サーバーを構成できます。インターフェイスのアドレスの一覧に誤りがあると、DNS サーバーはネットワーク上の他のコンピューターからの要求に応答できません。

この手順を実行するには、Administrators のメンバーであるか、適切な権限を委任されている必要があります。

DNS サーバーが使用するように構成されている IP アドレスを修正するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. DNS サーバーで、サーバー マネージャーを起動します。サーバー マネージャーを起動するには、[スタート] ボタンをクリックし、[管理ツール]、[サーバー マネージャー] の順にクリックします。

2. コンソール ツリーで [役割]、[DNS サーバー]、[DNS] の順にダブルクリックします。

3. DNS サーバーを右クリックし、[プロパティ] をクリックします。

4. [インターフェイス] タブで、[すべての IP アドレス] が選択されていることを確認するか、IP アドレスの一覧にサーバーのネットワーク インターフェイスに対して有効でないアドレスが存在しないかどうかを確認します。

5. 無効なアドレスの横のチェック ボックスをオフにし、[OK] をクリックします。

6. DNS サーバーを右クリックし、[すべてのタスク] をクリックして、[再起動] をクリックします。
