解決方式

修正網路介面問題

在有多個網路介面的電腦上，DNS 伺服器能夠設定成在一個或多個網路介面上回應網域名稱系統 (DNS) 要求。如果介面位址清單不正確，DNS 伺服器就無法回應來自網路上其他電腦的要求。

若要執行此程序，您必須有 Administrators 的成員資格，或者必須已被委派適當的權限。

若要修正 DNS 伺服器已設定使用的 IP 位址：

1. 在 DNS 伺服器上啟動 [伺服器管理員]。若要啟動 [伺服器管理員]，請依序按一下 [開始] 和 [系統管理工具]，然後按一下 [伺服器管理員]。

2. 在主控台樹狀目錄中按兩下 [角色]，然後按兩下 [DNS 伺服器]，再按兩下 [DNS]。

3.以滑鼠右鍵按一下該 DNS 伺服器，然後按一下 [內容]。

4.在 [介面索引] 標籤中，確定所有 IP 位址均為已選，或判斷 IP 位址清單中的位址是否對伺服器網路介面有效。

5.清除無效位址旁邊的核取方塊，然後按一下 [確定]。

6. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下該 DNS 伺服器，然後按一下 [所有工作]，再按一下 [重新啟動]。
