DNS Server 服务响应来自 DNS 客户端计算机对名称解析服务的请求。域名系统 (DNS) 是一项协议，利用该协议，计算机通过向 DNS 服务器提交目标计算机的名称，即可获得另一台计算机的数字 IP 地址。DNS Server 服务的问题会导致网络性能下降，甚至会阻止网络计算机之间相互定位。

原因

DNS Server 遇到了文件操作错误。

解决方案

确保有足够的可用内存和磁盘空间。 如果文件路径过长，请使用较短的文件路径。

更改文件名或路径以将其缩短，在 Windows 注册表中编辑相应的项以反映新的路径名称，然后重新启动 DNS Server 服务。

要执行此过程，您必须拥有 Administrators 成员身份，或者您必须被委派了适当的权限。

若要在 Windows 注册表中更改域名系统 (DNS) 路径，请执行以下操作：

警告：注册表编辑不当可能会严重损坏您的系统。更改注册表之前，您应备份任何有价值的数据。

1.在 DNS 服务器上，单击“开始”。

2.在“开始搜索”中，键入 regedit，然后按 Enter。

3.在注册表中扩展以下项：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\DNS Server

4.浏览到包含指定文件名的项并双击它。

5.键入新名称，然后单击“确定”。

6.单击“启动”，然后单击“服务器管理器”。

7.展开“角色”，然后单击“DNS Server”。

8.在详细信息窗格中，单击“重新启动”。
