Causes

The server that is monitored raised an critical alert.

Resolutions

One or more of the hard drives that were chosen for the backup destination are not connected.

1. Open the Dashboard.

2. Click Storage, and then click Hard Drives.

3. Ensure that all of the hard disks listed under Server Backup are physically connected to the server and are turned on.
