Causes

The server that is monitored raised an critical alert.

Resolutions

The server is not connected to the Internet. To access websites, you must ensure that the server is connected to the Internet.

1. Ensure that the network cable connects the server to the router and that the router is turned on.

2. In Health Monitoring tab, select the alert and click Try to repair the issue.

3. If the Internet connection is still not available, contact your Internet service provider.
