Riepilogo

Data Protection Manager (DPM) non è stato in grado di installare, aggiornare o disinstallare un agente protezione nel gruppo protezione dati specificato.

Cause

Per ulteriori informazioni sulle cause dell'avviso, vedere il riquadro Dettagli relativo all'avviso.

DPM non è stato in grado di raggiungere il computer protetto.
Il firewall nel computer protetto blocca le richieste provenienti da DPM.
Il servizio RPC è inattivo nel computer protetto.
IPSec è attivato per un solo server, ovvero il computer protetto oppure il server DPM.

Soluzioni

Le condizioni di errore e le azioni consigliate associate a ogni avviso "Operazione dell'agente non riuscita" sono incluse nei dettagli dell'avviso.

Reinstallare l'agente protezione nel gruppo protezione dati specificato.

Il problema è risolto quando in DPM lo stato dell'avviso viene automaticamente modificato in "inattivo" dopo 3 giorni.
