在 DPM 管理员控制台中查看警报详细信息，确定磁带驱动器不可用的原因，并采取适当的措施。

以下原因可能导致生成“库驱动器不工作”警报。

未打开磁带库驱动器。
磁带库驱动器运行不正常，需要进行维修。
驱动器清洗失败。
驱动器遇到错误，如磁带错误、设备 IO 错误或输入输出控制 (IOCTRL) 错误。

解决方法

警报详细信息中提供了与各个“库驱动器不工作”警报关联的错误情况和建议操作。

按照警报中的建议重试作业。

确保磁带库驱动器处于打开状态。
库驱动器的驱动器映射可能更改。手动重新映射驱动器。
更换磁头清洗磁带，然后重新清洗。
查看不同保护组的驱动器分配，以便了解是否因为某个驱动器不再可用而需要更改这些值。
如果需要维修库驱动器，请与修复技术人员联系。
